Product improvement

### Configurable risk threshold levels

You will be able to customize the number of risk levels and set your own thresholds for what counts as low, medium, high risk instead of using the built-in defaults.

Product improvement

### Buyer questionnaire response library

You will be able to maintain a library of canonical answers to common buyer security questions. When a customer sends you a questionnaire, the system will match questions to your saved responses and route unmatched items for manual review.
